General

InfoPanel
A lightweight informative panel.

Details
  • Information about MegaServer (US / EU), clock and FPS
  • Information about mount feeding status, equipped item durability and bag capacity
  • Information are colored depending on their current status ( e.g. FPS get red if it drops below 25 fps )

MiniMap
Minimap, for better and faster(!) navigation.

Details
  • Asynchronous map loading / texture loading
  • Full support for Cyrodiil
  • Group / large group live view with group leader marking
  • Shows player and camera heading
  • Zoom by key bind and mouse-scroll ( supports also zoom reset by key bind or middle-mouse-button )

CombatInfo
Details
  • Shows combat related information like damage or heal
  • Shows cooldown information inside skillbar
  • Has three combat related information areas:

    Center area
    • Shows heal or damage from player to target
    • Shows all events immediately
    • Shows icon for related ability if available

    Left area
    • Shows heal on player ( scrolls upwards )

    • Supports combat event queuing (waits till an event can be displayed, wont flood you with 10 events at once )
    • Shows icon for related ability if available

    Right area
    • Shows heal from player to any other player ( scrolls upwards )
    • Supports combat event queuing (waits till an event can be displayed, wont flood you with 10 events at once )
    • Shows icon for related ability if available

UnitInfo
Replaces the games default unit frames with custom unit frames.

Details
  • Has four unit frame types:

    Player frame
    • Shows magicka, health, stamina and mount stamina bars
    • Shows minimum and maximum values and their percentage value
    • Health bar supports display for shields and the current minimum and maximum shield values
    • Power drain and gain is animated
    • Stamina and mount stamina bars toggle on mount use
    • Shows current and maximum ultimate power
    • Supports display toggle based on combat status
    • Frame is movable in mouse mode

    Target frame
    • Shows health bar of the current target
    • Shows minimum and maximum values and their percentage value
    • Shows target class, level and range-to-target
    • Health bar supports display for shields and the current minimum and maximum shield values

I just wanted to say, that LUI is one of my favourite AddOns.
Would be sad, if it won´t be continued, for it has not been updated since a long time.
The minimap is gorgeous. I love the combat cloud. The Unitframes also look outstanding BUT sometimes the groupframes bug or crash with long Charnames. The Targetframe has a bug where the original Frame is shown for a second besides the LUI Frame. Also the Ultimate Display doesnt work. But I wont give up the hope, that LUI will be continued. If it would have short time buffs shown up, and workung unitframes I could dismiss so many other AddOns. But as even the mentioned 1.06 didn´t find the way to ESO UI ...

Just wanted to say Ive been looking for a combat cloud addon that would show skill icons since I started playing. What a shame I didnt find your addon until now!

Now, would it be possible to have a bit more variety in the setup options?

Like skillicon/damagetext size, position, and time in screen (most important to me).

Great job and thanks for such a great addon.

Smile LUI is awesome!

I am really enjoying the addon! Thanks for the hard work.

Two questions:

1) In your original version I was able to set the Alpha for the Main Player Frame Out-of-Combat/100% resources to Zero so it hid the frame. Is this still possible? (I hacked it out in the CombatFrame.lua file originally)

2) Any chance there will be options to lock the Frame positions? (I have accidentally moved mine when I was in Mouse-Free)

Some other enhancement i would like to see:

-Other shielcolor, the pink one is almost not seeable (original unitframes have a small black devider)
-range checker on groups, thats the one reason why i cant use them now
-shortened names on large group frames
-hot/dot animation on groupframes
-group arrangement, bottom to top - right to left etc.

Nice Ui

Can I ask that you move the targeted critter/players/enemy buff bar down by 1/2 an inch or a centimeter it sits ontop of my enemy health bar and causes it to flash other than that it seems setup pretty good

Could you do a seperate addon just for displaying the global cooldown on the actionbar? I'm guessing it would less than 20 minutes and would become a must-have addon for a lot of people. Thanks.

So I spent hours customizing this to my personal liking. The link below shows my custom settings and many people are asking me for them? Could I share them? Or perhaps upload to you to share?

In this video I am using combat cloud for incoming and notifications ONLY. Since CC does not do blocked fall etc, I used those values from your scripts. But link below for those interested:

The settings menu is your friend (needs the LibAddonMenu addon, available on this site).

CombatCloud is highly configurable, but I will never add this level of configuration to LUI, at least not ingame.
There is the config/config.lua and config/fonts.xml file, that allows change of fonts, colors, combatEvent formatting and more.
I should write a tutorial how edit that files.

So doing this makes the heal show over you players head kinda like guild wars 1?

EDIT: So Yeh i checked out combat cloud screens, its kinda like what I was talking about below. I'm used to looking at the heal in the left scroll area now so it really doesn't matter to me anymore if its above my head or not. The icon part would be nice though so like when I get healed it would show "Critical Surge" and +74 in green or something. I have no idea what I'm talking about tho so sorry if that didn't make sense. Again, I love the buff improvements from 1.05 but actually reverted back to the older one so I still had the original health/magicka/stamina bars.
