Merlins Rez Helper [EN]

This is an Addon to help you find dead group members as fast as possible to rez them back into the fight.


If a member is fallen, an arrow will show you the way to the closest dead party member.
If no one is dead, no arrow will be shown.

There are several options of arrow layouts and options to change the opacity and size of the arrow(s).

This addon is a fork of the "Exterminatus Group Leader" [V1] [V2]

What does it

A Resuscitation Helper
  • Navigates you to the closest, dead party member
  • It shows only an arrow if someone is dead and needs to be rezzed
  • => no arrow if someone is already rezzing or a rez is done
  • You can choose between several alert sounds that helps you to get notificated that someone is dead
  • English and german are supported

Settings
  • Arrow layout, color, size, opacity
  • Sound effect when someone dies
  • Loads more - the setting hover tooltips should be self explanatory


Patchnotes V1.5
  • Bugfix: Dead players who have gone offline will not get an arrow.
  • New feature: Close Icon - Change icon if you are really close to a dead player. This is to prevent that you will stand on a player and you do not notice it.
  • New feature: Range Limit - Only show close player. This is helpfull in AvA. Let me know, if a larger or smaller range would be useful for you or you have even the wish to have a slider for an individual range.
  • V1.5.1: Range values in AVA are 10x smaller.
  • V1.5.1: No arrow for dead players in a different zone.


Merlins Rez Helper [DE]

Dieses Addon wird dir helfen, tote Gruppenmitglieder so schnell wie möglich wiederzubeleben und so in den Kampf zurückzubringen.

Wenn ein Gruppenmitglied gestorben ist, wird ein Pfeil angezeigt, welcher dich zum nächst gelegenen, toten Gruppenmitglied führt.
Falls niemand in deiner Gruppe tot ist, wird auch kein Pfeil angezeigt.

Es gibt eine Vielfalt an Optionen für die Pfeildarstellungen; für dessen Layout, Grösse und Transparenz.

Dieses Addon ist ein Fork von "Exterminatus Group Leader" [V1] [V2]

Funktionen

Eine Wiederbelebungs-Hilfe
  • Navigiert dich zum naheliegensten Toten in deiner Gruppe
  • Zeigt nur dann einen Pfeil an, wenn jemand tot ist und wiederbelebt werden muss
  • => kein Pfeil, wenn jemand bereits wiederbelebt wird oder wurde
  • Du kannst zwischen verschiedenen Sound-Benachrichtigungen wählen, welche dich auf gestorbene Gruppenmitglieder hinweisen
  • Deutsch und Englisch wird unterstütz

Einstellungen
  • Pfeil Layout, Farbe, Grösse und Transparenz
  • Soundeffekt, wenn jemand stirbt
  • Vieles mehr - die Hover-Tooltips in den Einstellungen sind selbsterklärend

Thanks for your great feedback! Many of you have wanted a beam of light on revivable players. This weekend I finally spent some time to implement a beta version. It can be activated and deactivated in the options. Unfortunately, the beam does not work in all areas and dungeons yet . But in many open world PVE zones as well in PVP. If you want to check if the beam can be used in your current zone, use the following command: / beam

Ich habe das Update eben gemacht und hochgeladen. Die Änderungen konnte ich allerdings nicht testen, da ich TESO momentan nicht installiert habe.

To remove libStub to make the addon safe to use again, do the following~

Delete the lib folder.

In the .txt remove:

The error you mentioned is caused by outdated lib dependencies.
Instead of depending on included libraries in the addon itself, my addon should use now days package dependencies.
Unfortunatly I have not found a free timeslot yet to change this in the addon, reinstall TESO and test it.

Mby this comment helps you to include the lib dependencies in the addons package file as optional dependencies. You also have to refactor the code to use the injected libs instand of the locale copies.

disable notifications

Would it be possible to add an option to disable the "successfully followed so and so" notifications? Gets kinda spammy in pvp and some trials (lol). Thanks for a neat addon!

Error Beta Feature

Thanks for reporting. You can avoid this error by deactivating the „show beam beta“ feature in the plugins option.
