Make Beautiful Screenshots

A simple Addon to take Screenshots without the annoying UserInterface with just one button.

The Group-Member-Marker and Quest-Marker will be hidden as well.

You can assign the button in keybindings:
control -> keybindings-> the last one at UserInterface
(The Screenshot attached show you where, buts its made with german client)

The Screenshots will be saved to:
Dokumente\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\Screenshots
as example.

Make Beautiful Screenshots with Steam & Co

You can set a key to use external Screenshot-Tools (like Steam or Xfire).
(Set same Key in TESO's Keybindings for
"Your Key for extern Screenshot-Tool (Steam)"
equal to the KeyBinding in your Screenshot-Tool)

Use Timestamp

You can install the plugin 'TamrielTime' to use it as TimeStamp and activate it in Photographer-Settings.

Sorry I don't understand your discription. What exactly is the addon doing?
Edit AHHHH I see its hiding the UI elements for a screenshot. very nice
An option to hide the "screenshot saved to...." dialog on the top right woud be nice too if you want to have the UI on a screenshot.

Thanks for your feedback.

I use the built-in function and this shows this messages,
but your screenshots should be without this.

The Addons just hide the UI, take the Screenshot and get the UI back if you need it.
All I wanted

Question How do you bind

Hello

Sorry, but I don't understand where to bind the key to take pics with this addon.

You mention in the "settings" on the front page but I don't see any listing of your addon in the settings. Also, I'm not seeing a listing in the keybindings sections.

Thanks!

Hey,

if you still can not find a entry times please check if the addon is installed correctly. Maybe you have an additional subfolder, the files should be stored under the following folder:
\ Documents \ Elder Scrolls Online \ liveeu \ AddOns \ Photographer

Greetings

Oh, I see, it's in Keybindings and listed with stock keybindings; I was looking for a subsections labeled "Photographer" or something.

Thanks!

Nice AddOn but it doesnt solve my main problem as it does not get rid of that party member markers as well ...
Any idea how to get rid of this without disabling them permanently?
Example picture
In that example image you see the group markers at the border but you also see them over the party members heads when they are within the screen...

Update:
It was quit simple. I fixed it with
0.8c. The files will be checked by esoui.com before they are available for download.
Please try, Thealon and give me a feedback.

Edit: Nvm, works very nice now

I have never taken this many screenshots in any game before, one would think this a simple addon, but its one of those I actively use the most!

Hi,

I don't know if this is possible to fix - but I was running around with the fps being displayed (/fps in chat), and when taking a screenshot, even though all the other ui was hidden, the fps number was still shown on the saved screenshot.

Thanks for a nice addon!

Sry, but there is no way.
There is no function to make this possible:
http://wiki.esoui.com/API

Maybe they will add a function to the API to make this possible sometime.

But if you are using an external tool to show the fps, there is absolutely no way from inside the TESO-API to hide it.

No external tool, just the built-in fps command.

I sort of suspected it wouldn't be possible to hide, but thought I might as well ask. I don't normally run around with it on anyhow - just wanted to check after installing a few new addons whether they impacted performance much.

Of course, no problem, but unfortunately there is currently no way.
Sry!

You really should change the Addon-Settings title in the Settings/Addons menu to Photographer and not Addon-Settings. Like other Authors are doing!
