    Here is my fix for the new patch:

    I don't know where the creator is, but I needed this so I thought I would share:

    Fixed:
    When you do not have a target, the reticle is now white instead of black...

    When you are in Melee range, your Melee reticle will now appear...

    When you have the primary weapon out, it is now a different color than your backup weapon and reticle, and in a better place (If you put it below the reticle)...

    Not Fixed:
    Ranged attacks--Broken with new patch
    Stealth Reticle Color--Seems to be hard coded...

    Added my custom Melee Crosshair Reticle...
    I use Crosshair Reticle, which changes into Melee Crosshair Reticle when in range...

    Fixed a bug where certian NPC's were not showing up when certain options are selected...

    I do wish there was just a Simple Crosshair Replacement that was just a Simple Dot when not doing anything, and a Simple Cross when interacting with something. It is all I basically use this for, all those extra options are just too much. Sometimes Simple is Better

    Also, anyway to update this to use LibAddonMenu-2.0?

    Thanks, I tried to contact the original mod author after the last patch, but haven't heard anything. My guess is she has left ESO. It's great you decided to keep this mod alive.
