I'm not playing ESO any more, so I won't be updating this addon. Sorry!

OmniStats
A transparent, always visible window that shows the same twelve stats as on the character screen.

Features

Buffed stats show in green
Debuffed stats show in red
Softcapped stats show in orange and with an overcharge icon
Four layouts: Horizontal, vertical, square, and rectangle
Always show max values option
Adjustable background alpha
Adjustable foreground alpha
Scalable between 50-200%
Options to hide in combat or out of combat
Keybind available to toggle window on/off - new in 1.2.9

Controls

Left-click to move the window around (position is saved globally for all your characters)
Right-click to reset the stats their current values (e.g. when you have levelled or equipped new gear)

Known Issues

Options panel does not update to reflect when "Use manual toggle button" disables the automatic options and vice versa.

* Rewrote init again to try to fix the "green values on log-in" issue. Fingers crossed.

* Fixed a bug where alpha would not persist through logout
* Rewrote init to try to get around the fact that the API doesn't seem to report max values correctly until a second or so after the player has loaded. Hopefully the "green values on log-in" issue is resolved by this.

* Added overcharge icon to overcharged stats; they can now show both as buffed/debuffed and overcharged
* Added background alpha control
* Added three new layouts: Horizontal, vertical, and square (in addition to the standard rectangle)

Continued as a "new" addon: Omni Stats (with a space) to allow me to update properly.

I have no idea why it doesn't work for you; I can't see anything language-specific in the code for the keybinding.

I have found what happend. When u are caped the bonus buff is mitigated automaticaly by game ,nothing to do with addon.
