How Does It Work?
Make trouble when you need to and stop accidentally attacking the innocent!

Toggle your ability to attack innocents by:

Typing "/trouble" or "/tm".
Setting a keybinding by going to Controls -> Keybindings -> Interaction.
Depending on what happens in the world.
Depending on your state when you login.

Note: This addon does not remove your ability to pickpocket or get in trouble for healing criminals.

The Future
The addon is still fairly new and I plan to add more. Suggestions are welcome but my time is limited so I will be selective in what I choose to pursue.

0.3 (With great help from Garkin)
-Add LAM2 support.
-Changed toggling to passive on login to an option and added a requirement that you not be KOS so that you can defend yourself.
-An option is added to be alerted when you login if you are aggressive.
-An option is added to become aggressive if you become KOS.
-An option was added to turn passive after paying off a bounty.
-An option was added to display the alert notification either in the middle of the screen or the top right.

0.2
-A message will now be played when the aggressive state is toggled.
-Upon login the state will automatically change to passive. This will be a toggle option in the future.
-Added "/tm" as an option for toggling the aggressive state.

0.1
-Release.

Responded to your requests when they were made but now that I am settled in, I am going to act on at least the stop-beating-me-while-i'm-defenseless issue. I am making it a priority.

Unrelated, I am looking at possibly expanding the addon. I always envisioned it as a collection of tools for getting into trouble. We will see what I can come up with.

A big thanks to Garkin for the 0.3 release. I am not nearly as skilled as many of the wonderful addon developers who dedicate their free (or borrowed) time to making your experiences better but I am trying to learn. This update is sizable by comparison to anything I have done before and Garkin was kind enough to help me do it right.

I can not explain why this would happen. Perhaps it is a setting with minion? My addon does nothing that would cause such an occurrence.

A message now appears in chat in 0.2 when the state is changed from passive/aggressive. Tell me what you think.

I added "/tm" to 0.2. If I implement a visual interface then I may include some clickable feature in the future.

This is what I did with my other addon and with this one. I must have undone it somewhere along the line. In the next version, I may just integrate the legal into another file to do away with the whole thing.

However, this file is recognized as an additional addon in the addon menu (where you can activate and deactivate addons). You should rename the file. Just delete the extension for example, so that the file is called "legal".

I did include a picture. It is not an indicator I added, it is built into the game. I will be adding a text notification to show what state you are in.
