Fence Info  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.1.4.1
by: Soleya [More]
This mod adds a movable piece of text that tells you how many items you can currently sell and launder to a fence. The text is in the format "Fence #:#" where the first number is how many you can sell and second number is how many you can launder. The text can also show bounty information as well.

To install, just copy FenceInfo to your Add On's folder in ESO. Typically C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns.

You can move the location of the information to anywhere on the screen. The position is saved automatically.

You can toggle the information on/off using the Addon Settings menu.

With version 1.6.3 I added a reset countdown timer. From my experiments the fence reset at 8pm PDT, so I hooked up a timer based off that.

With 1.6.4 I added in a feature to show your current bounty and how long until the bounty is 0. The value of the bounty is what you pay with your legerdemain kickback skill.

In the options, you'll need to set the time offset based on your time zone and if daylight savings time is active. Here are the values for the time zones in the United States. From March 8 to November 1 use DT values, from November 2 to March 7 use ST

EDT = 23
EST = 22

CDT = 22
CST = 21

MDT = 21
MST = 20

PDT = 20
PST = 19

1.6.5
- Fixed bug where if you had no bounty the timer showed a really high number.

1.6.4
- Added bounty information and countdown
- Added new options to handle bounty information
- Added option to disable output in chat window.

1.6.3
- Added options for changing color.
- Added a countdown timer for when the fence resets to 0.
- Fixed bug where if the fence reset, you wouldn't see it in the info until visiting a fence, relogging or reloading ui.

1.6.2
- Fixed issue where each time you changed zone it would show the info in the chat again.

1.6.1
- Fixed issue where numbers weren't updating on correct event.

Hi,
Any possibility of updating 'Fence Info' to recognise the changes in bounty time / bounty amount due to passives 'Kickback' and 'Swifty Forgotten' please? Apart from this it's a great addon

Thanks for your work on this mod !

Where is/does the text show on the UI? I only see it, in the chatbox when I log in to the game. I've got all options turned on, afaik. Also is there a command to make it display, until I can find the 'moveable text'?

Thanks for any help.

Edit:NM, had started the mod, while the game was running. Once I restarted the game and mod loaded from the beginning it started displaying the stats.

Hi for some reason even when I go in cursor mode and drag near middle of counter, I can't move it no matter what around the screen.

I haven''t noticed any other issues in the time display, once I manually set the time, initially it displayed 13k+ hrs to fence reset.
I figured out that the fence resets at 2pm Sydney time - which means that I set my timer to 14 (1400h).

As for the abnormally large time that I got, not sure what happened but since selecting the right time for the fence it's been fine. It even shows the discounted bounty that I get from perks whereas the vanilla bounty counter doesn't. I'm not sure that the timer is 100% accurate, but it is very close.

One or two things though, the time for my bounty as shown is 396479:06:40. I was wondering if there is a way to show it in days. I'm also not entirely sure if this is correct, as I've had this same bounty value before that didn't take 16+ thousand days to wear off. Is it something I'm doing incorrectly?

I was also wondering if there was a way to make a line break between the two values when it's shown.

Apart from those issues, it's fantastic! Favourited and will definitely share!
I think there is a bug where sometimes it shows the wrong time. Looking into it.

Been really busy lately so haven't had time to implement the features I wanna put in.
still having the huge number on bounty even with 1.6.5 just installed the addon for the bounty and it wont countdown and stuck with a huge number at the start. the fence stuff works. but the bounty doesnt..unless u know of a fix and fyi i have a 21k bounty atm

Daily Fence Profit

So this is something that just came to my mind randomly. Is there a way to display the total profit from fences for the day? Maybe also Gold spent on bountys (and derived from that the total Overall Profit including Profit and bounty). Sometimes I'd just be really interested in how much Gold I actually made from selling stolen stuff.
Directly pickpocketed or looted stolen Gold could also be included, but I guess that's would be more of a Bonus.

Would be really cool to see those numbers, if the API even allows that (I looked through the API functions list in Wiki, but couldn't find anthing related just now )

Question about bounty timer (I left it there, but there's still no answer, so repeat it here).

I live in UTC+2 (EDT+6) time zone, but "5" doesn't work for me I got strange time:

Does anyone know how to set proper time?.. Want to know exactly when I can return to civilization
The European server resets at a different time. Essentially you want the hour set to the hour that it resets in your local time.

For example, where I live it resets at 8pm, so I set it to 20 (which is 8pm in 24 hour clock). So if where you live it rests at say 3am, then set it to 3. etc.

The time is not based off of GMT (unless you live in GMT), it's based off your local clock. From what others posted it sounds like the European server resets at 3am GMT time, which btw, is 8PM in PDT in US, which is when it resets for myself.

So figure out when 3am GMT is in your local time zone and set that time.
