I also have LibSlashCommander installed, but Invalid Command shows up with that addon and Slash 404 both disabled. I disabled LibSlashCommander and kept Slash 404 enabled, but I still don't get a chat error message.
Thanks for the note. That was a bug after the recent update. You're correct, the top right message is a built in feature. I fixed the problem in my add-on and also updated it to use the built in text for creating the chat message (so you should now get Invalid Command in both locations).

Question Chat Window Message?

I had this addon installed probably 6 months ago or more before I quit, and I think I remember it adding a chat message. After looking at the addon, I assume it is supposed to return Command not found in the chat window. If I issue an unknown command, I get a message in the top-right corner of the screen that says Invalid Command, but I don't get anything in chat. I'd prefer to have a chat message. I don't know if Invalid Command is from the client or another addon. It shows up even when I disable Slash 404.
