Note I am NOT trying to claim I made it all. I have pointed out that my work is based on his. My addon is called ChatStamp and can be found HERE! UPDATE! Just unpack to your addons folder, overwriting the existing XTimestamp folder.
Works with ESO v1.2.3 (API 100007)
XTimestamp has been set to v0.41 in this update.
