LibMapThemer is a utility that allows for users to create their own map themes in a much more streamlined way. This addon will be used for various themes such as AccurateWorldMap 2.0.

This is the initial 1.0 release and will require better documentation for how themes work and how you go about creating one yourself. If you wish to see a real world implementation of this addon being used, check out Accurate World Map

This library will require LibGPS, LibZone and their various dependencies. Chances are some of you may have these already installed.
