This addon will deal with your unwanted items :
  • all "trash" items will be automatically marked as junk
  • option to mark ornate items as junk
  • option to mark items up to selected quality as junk (items with researchable trait, set bonus, non-craftable enchantment, rare style or specified level / champion rank can be excluded)
  • option to mark jewels up to selected quality as junk (jewels with set bonus can be excluded)
  • option to mark ornate jewels up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark trait-less jewels as junk
  • option to mark trait-less items as junk
  • option to mark style materials as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark trait materials as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark smithing boosters as junk up to selected quality as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark ingredients up to selected provisioning level or which is not used in any of your recipes as junk
  • option to mark known provisioning recipes up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark cold/congealed/stale food and cloudy/flat/murky drinks as junk
  • option to mark fishing lure as junk
  • option to mark looted potions as junk, customizable if full stack in bag and/or bank and can exclude hier tier potions.
  • option to mark looted poison as junk, customizable if full stack in bag and/or bank and can exclude hier tier poisons.
  • option to mark looted glyphs as junk and can exclude hier tier glyphs
  • option to mark aspect runes as junk up to selected quality as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to destroy all unwanted items with gold value less or equal to the selected amount
  • option to track user marked junk
  • option to mark stolen valuables up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark trophies and fish trophies already collected
  • option to launder items at fence, with exclusions
  • option to import settings between characters

All items marked as junk will be automatically sold to vendor when you open store window.

In-game setting is in the SETTINGS -> Addon Settings -> Dustman (or just type /dustman).


How to manually install addon:
  1. Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in your Documents

    For Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\<version>\
    For Mac: ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/<version>/

    (replace <version> with the client you're using - "live" or "liveeu")

  2. You should find an AddOns folder, if you don't, create one.
  3. Extract the addon from downloaded zip file to the AddOns folder
  4. Log into the game, and in the character creation screen, you'll find the Addons menu.
    Enable your addons from there.

Exotic stolen style stones will be laundered / sell anyway
im not sure they exist btw
in game you can stole only basic racial stones and may be barbaric, AE, daedra, primal and imperial

New errors as of today re: Line 154 near 'website'

Hi:

I'm getting the following UI error on all my characters, which started today (assuming it's related to today's release?). The text upon logging in:

UI Error:
user:/AddOns/Dustman/DustmanMenu.lua:163:} expected (to close { at line 154) near 'website'

Click Dismiss, and you get the next error:
user:/AddOns/Dustman/DustmanMenu.lua:949: function expected instead of nil
stack traceback:
user:/AddOns/Dustman/DustmanMenu.lua:949: in function 'OnLoad'

FYI for the author and anyone else who might know how to edit the LUA file properly to fix it. Thanks.

Is it possible to filter Ornate gear within your Excluded list. For example, I want to exclude all CP150+ gear for decon except for those with the Ornate trait.

how i can destroy stolen trait/style stones?
there is no such option under stolen section

I won't add any options because of ZOS add new styles ever and ever. There is now 30+ styles and doing this will result to have the list to 40 in 6 months and 50 in 1 year, it will result in an addition of options widely useless.

But I'll consider of excluding Primal, Ancient Elf, Daedric and Barbaric from this list. After all they're not so rare and will be buyable to merchants soon. Let me check prices on live and merchant prices and I'll see for an update.

Feature Request- Exclude Rare Style Equipment

Can we get a list for these? Like I want it to go ahead and mark certain styles like primal and the other ones whose style mats don't sell for much but not mark others like the alliance styles and what not. Thank you for the great addon.

lets talk about cp150-160 loot

average price of metal and clothing items - 37g
we getting 1 mat per decon
average price of it is 60+ gold

so its worth to SAVE for decon

average price of wooden itens - 76 gold
we getting 1 mat per decon
average price of it is 15+ gold

so its worth to JUNK for vendor

can we add option about it? under Weapon & apparel

No problem for lockpicks
if you dont need alchemy reagents - dont pick up it
simple as pie

its not a loot that can be pickuped with all other loot like weapons pr armor

1 columbine sell to players = 800g

I agree that solvants (water) are a bit cheaper, but they remains a bit too expensive to go in dustman.

Lockpick yes. Alchemy no. Sell them to other players.
After having looked at, lockpicks is a bad good idea.
  1. You should always have lockpicks on you
  2. Mark an item as junk split stack. if you loot 1 then 1 then 1 then 1 lockpicks, and set them all as junk, one by one, it'll be 4 stacks in bag, not 1. It's a little issue of dustman that could sometimes lead to loose few slots in bag, I agree.
  3. Lockpicks don't sell, they cost 0, so should be destroyed immediatly.
  4. Because they should be destroyed, I could add an auto destroy. Looting the 200th lockpick will destroy the whole stack in that case.

So I'll let as is, sorry. If you have too much lockpicks, just force chest, send 'em to a Khajiit or manually delete them.

You also have an option (already here) which destroy stolen lockpicks, with this one you should never hit the max stack.
