1 is proved to be bugged (Dabienne's Note)
3 are found by nobody on Eidetic thread on the forums (Letter to Aradros/The Thirsty Dead/Y'ffre's Hymn
last 3 I fear they are locked in story quest and I missed them (Gleaner's Claim/Research of Salora Aldaron/Voices on the Wind)
