You only have to read the bok and it will automatically be sent to me if you enabled the miner, no need to report here, I got dozen of reports each day. (I already received more than 4500 mails in less than 2 months). Unfortunately, I cannot turn that feature on, as I am not an EU user and it is disabled for me. :(
