I can't seem to move the areas around after I Unlock them. Specifically I am trying to only move Target Buffs/Debuffs and my Player Buffs/Debuffs when I have Frames turned off.

I was in Khenarthi's Roost / Mistral and my main map was getting seriously messed up whenever I would zoom out (so I could see the whole area and not just Mistral). Because the main map was getting messed up (showing me in the wrong place) the pins on the mini map were way off as well. I disabled the Addon and did all this again with...
