 Please help! How do I dump the raw game data?

I wanted to get data in other languages, so I used this addon.
I used the /uespdump skills command and then reload the UI. Then I looked at the uespLog.lua file in SavedVariables and it only has some information about my character, not all the player skills in the game.
What is wrong with this?
