Stopped Working??

Installed this AddOn and it worked fine for several days, then just stopped working. I have tried various foods, turning on and off, switching to drinks, etc. I have watched it tick down to time it should consume and it doesn't (making sure I'm not in combat). Seems really random. Any ideas guys?

Is it possible to hide the mini meter? I looked and didn't see an option to remove it while still keeping damage meter functionality. I'd just like to hit one of the keybinds to see the DPS info without the mini dps meter always on screen. Thank you. Yes, in general settings, under damage meter

How to move Default Target bar (big one at the top)? On some of my chars it is nicely below the compass and info bar, but on others it is halfway under the compass and info bar, messy and useless. Combed through all the settings but nothing works so far. Help!!! :D

Im running a Sorc and use Outfitter to build skill bars and Macros to swap between them. Everything works great, except the bar I use for PvP uses a weapon skill called Destructive Reach.
