 Crystal Frag Proc

With the newest API update is it now possible to prevent crystal frag procs from showing for the whole group rather than just the player? The buff that appears itself is instanced to the player, but the sound and visual on the bar (which are awesomely useful btw) play/appear when any sorc gains a crystal frag proc.
