Incorrectly showing effects icon

Hi. I've noticed if I apply a damage causing effect, like the poison arrow ability from the bow line, to a creature that's near another one, it will give both creatures the poison arrow icon. Only one will actually be effected though. I'll also sometimes have the icon show up on a creature that for whatever reason the ability didn...
