Looks it fails to load all pieces crafted after update. Just shows "Item cannot be equipped"
I have the same problem, yesterday I have crafted new pieces and outfitter cannot manage them.
Same issue. Completely unusable.
Ran into this issue as well, a whole bunch of my items weren't being equipped.
