 Missing pins

I imported the HarvestMap data from http://www.teso-harvest-merge.de/ but the blacksmithing and enchantment pins don't show on the map. I've check that the imported files does have the data for these and I had all pin types turned to on when importing.
Any ideas how to get the missing pins to show or what the problem might be?
