Maybe it is because of the Advanced Filters Plugin for FCOItemSaver, as you said.
If this fixes the crashes for the moment please disable the Advanced Filters plugin for FCOItemSaver at the moment.

I have just updated the addon and I get crashes and slowdown when I press the filters in bank.
Same for me.
I have a similar issues except the game stops responding and I have to use task manager to kill it.
I removed the Advanced filter integration plugin for FCO ItemSaver and the game hasn't crashed yet. *Fingers crossed....
