Can't get mini map to work

I like the mod but I can't get the mini-map to show up when I play ESO (I have Java installed). The add-on seems to be up-to-date and is running since I get the little thing showing nearby resources. Any suggestions, idea or thoughts on what I am doing wrong? Having a mini-map that shows things I have harvested before is great so I...
