I play in gamepad mode and haven't tested on kb&m but while using siege in cyrodiil I don't see a health bar for my siege while I'm on siege. When moving ui through bandits there is "siege health" ui box to move, but it looks to be the same format as other elements that are not bandits ui meaning it's likely hidden when using anythin...
