 Account-wide Settings

Please make general settings such as window location, notification etc. account-wide so we only have to set the gear/skill stuff per character. I have 17 characters at the moment and it's all messed up.

Seems like the author of this "updated" addon is not online for a while. Can someone else update this? Especially after the upcoming Horns of the Reach DLC and Update 15 on 14th of August.
