 Stopped Working

So this add-on has completely stopped working for me. It doesn't update after something finishes anymore, says things are complete when they aren't, and says items are not complete when they are. I've downloaded all the hot-fixes and those are not working either. Anything that can be done about this or am I missing something? Really...
