Minimap Behavior - Disappearing Player Pin

Hey, I love what this add-on does, makes my life as the official guild donation tracker so much easier. Unfortunately I am only having luck getting the scan to work about 1 in 5 times. Dropping FPS

Since Homestead this addon has been dropping my FPS by 20-30 every ten to fifteen seconds. It's making my gameplay super choppy. I've never had this issue before and I actually switched to this because all the others are so much worse. I've narrowed it down to this addon by disabling and renabling everything, what else can I do?
