Search History/Favorites Error

When I click on the search library icon at the top of the screen I get the following error. Any idea how to fix it? I'd love to be able to use my favorite searches again.

I've been having a problem lately where I am unable to switch from one area to another both on the map screen and when visiting a wayshrine. So I ended up with a bunch of separate stacks of bait from multiple trades and it wasn't stacking automatically so I typed "/stack" and right after I got the output messages saying my stacks had been moved ESO crashed.
Hrmm ... that might be because of trying to do many restacks or the server not reacting in a timely manner. I haven...
