 Guildbank tooltip

Since the Summerset update, items in guildbanks are no longer showing trait research info on their tooltips. (or tracking indicators besides them)
Withdrawing something that is researchable on any toon, properly shows the info while it is in inventory. Putting back in guildbank nothing is shown again.
