Same issue here ...UI Errors first language line, then MapNodesLoc.lua etc.
But i found the cause and a workaround:
Use a clean install, login to the game and 2.7.4 will work (at least for me).
When replacing the HarvestMap.lua with the given DB - it will throw these errors.
So to use it anyway do the following:
