When I unzip do I overwrite? I assumed I'm supposed to but when I reloaded my UI, I could no longer drag new tabs off or combine them. There is a lock icon now at the main chat window. Click the lock icon so it unlocks, then you can drag the tabs.

From the error message, I don't think that this is related to Junkee. Junkee does nothing with the menu or the InventoryItem itself, it just hooks the tooltip. It could be something strange happening in combination with another addon. If you would give me a list of the addons you are using, I'll look into it. I see this error, too...

There seems to be a bug in the Enlish client, Woodworking and Enchanting are the wrong way around. When I chose Materials I have the following options in the second pulldown: Enchanting - Material Enchanting - Raw Material Enchanting - Resin Woodworking - Runestone Doh. :o Fixed in new version.

I didn't touch or add any code regarding fadeing. So most likely no. Well, now I did. :D 1.5 is being uploaded. When you enter the edit box, all containers will fade in and neither container nor text will disappear while you type text. If you leave the edit box, the normal fading rules apply again.
