There's a camp north east of Veawend Ede, and south west of Westwind Lighthouse, on the western edge of that "t" shaped landmass. The NPC there, Klaandor the Axe-Bearer, drops a journal which starts the quest "Last Words." Missing Quests

Nedris the Sly drops a quest by Westmark Moor Dolmen in Rivenspire, is not marked in Destinations "Lost Love" in Hildune's Refuge in Rivenspire, near the boss, is not shown. "Archaic Relics" is also not marked. It's acquired just south of shornhelm, east of the south road in and North of the Hinault Farm.

We need a way to exclude stolen items from dustman entirely. It deletes 0 value junk, which I want it to do. It moves white armor and weapons with no trait to junk, because when they aren't stolen they have value, which I want it to do. I was consistently able to reproduce a blue screen of death after installing the latest update. Right as the Bethesda logo runs across my screen, while launching ESO, the computer freezes.
