Stat Bars just a box/clear/no color

I have tried everything from uninstalling and disabling all my other add-ons along with manually installing but I cannot seem to fix this issue https://imgur.com/a/ir7qGB3 I thought perhaps it was a transparency setting or something but it's not at least I don't think I overlooked something. Anyway, hopefully there's a way to fix...
