Is it possible to add an option to hide the timer when the taunt is cast by other people? If I remember correctly, it used to work that way years ago, but since I went on a break from ESO and came back recently, it's now always showing up even when I'm not tanking.

Either you guys were using these sets as backbar sets, or else when you first logged in or last changed gear you were on a bar which didn't give you the full set. Since the update from the 22.11 I can no longer track the cooldown of the Drake's Rush set. It was working before that. Arkasis still shows up, so it's some special case scenario that was broken. Since the update from the 22.11 I can no longer track the cooldown of the Drake's Rush set. It was working before that. Arkasis still shows up, so it's some special case scenario that was broken.
