 Wishlist Priorities?

Is the wishlist organized by priority? For what it's worth on the wishlist items, top item as a Stamblade would be a poison slot and poison count. Would love to see costume integration as well as banker integration. Order would be:
Poison Slot
Poison Count
Costume Integration
Banker Integration
