 Issues with windows acting like hidden.

I've been trying to use this Addon and having an issue where the CLS main window and DPS window are hiding up the top left.
All the options in the settings are set to show the window and not fade. yet the window remains invisible even during combat.
However if I type /CLS Main it will appear for a brief moment and then hide again....
