Move tracker?

In settings there is no option to move it. It is now currently in the middle of the screen. A comments says to click on it with the mouse to move it. But how do I click on it? When I go to settings, the tracker is gone. If I am in normal play mode, I cant click it. At this moment I have no idea how to move it to the right side of the...
