 Strange fonts in RuESO locaization

The error here is in the dude who localized this addon on the ru (he used some kind of strongly non-standard font, the Windows do not understand it, but not RuEso).
Treatment:
Open the add-on folder, open the EN and RU in the localization text document. Copy everything from EN to RU. If desired, you can independently translate...
