 Removing old guilds

I saw this asked in the previous forums and thought I would post how to do this for anyone who wishes to remove old guilds from the pricing information.
You will need to get a copy of notpad++. You can get it at:
http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.7.7.html
Go to your SavedVariables folder:
... \Documents\Elder Scrolls O...
