Sorry for the dumb question but how are people able to load the addon with Morrowind? It's outdated and I can't figure out how to force it to load.

Tracker opening categories upon transition

I recently downloaded this add-on and I am enjoying immensely. However, I seem to be unable to get the tracker to stay collapsed upon transitioning from one area to another. If I go through a loading screen, it will open the category for the quest I am currently tracking. This is a minor annoyance but having to press "." and manua...
