Not working at all

So, I've installed this... in setting the alerts are on... but I NEVER get any alerts popping up. I've even moved the alert location around... still... no BLOCK, etc. I even sat there and let monsters beat on me to see if I got any alerts... NONE Are there any conflicts with other mods?
