A little update.
I've noticed that in my manual data conversion from One Tamriel to Homestead I had missed that 4 books in the collection Military orders with invalid quest data, but as long those books are in the bases of alliances and impossible to get, it won't hurt anyone.
I'll check & change them at next update.
