Have you updated addon while game was running? It's a known issue that when you replace texture files in addons folder while game is running, they are not correctly loaded. Restart the game, it will fix the issue.
Maybe this should be put on the first/main addon page? I had the same issue and was trying to figure it out and luckily...

There is a addon for other tradeskills including alchemy and enchanting but it is broken since 1.4
The author hasnt popped into the comments section since August.
I love FeedAnArmy. The other addon is called Multicraft.
Not sure how developers like yourself communicate and share, but would it be possible to fold the two addons in...
