Seems to be a conflict with the game this mod is causing. (After disabling mods one by one, found this one to be the culprit after latest update).
The issue is that some game selections don't work. On one character I couldn't click "Send" or use the shortcut "R" to send mail or do repairs. (Click with mouse didn't work either...
