ein "Major Problem hab ich mit dem Tool, und zwar kann ich seit dem ich es nutze keine Leute aus dem Gildenroster (Rechtsklick) in eine Gruppe laden.

Thanks, another chat addons in your eso? maybe pchat etc? then disable the chattimer in the settings.
