There is nothing in this add-on that would immediately close the window unless it has just trained. I suspect you have another add-on that also hooks into the stablemaster window, which might be the cause.
This is very hard for me to reproduce, though, even if I could get a list of the add-ons you use.

It would be nice for me (with a lot of chars) if the whole line of the current character is somehow highlighted, e.g. green text color or a different bg color.
This seems a reasonable thing to do. I will look into it.
