Compass settings do not reload from System Defaults when zoning from one area to another. Compass display resets to default settings and positioning.

I myself do not have the problem tha baertram has. but a problem i do have is that the minimap shows in bank menu. the only part that shows is the actual map part. the menu and the frame are both hidden.

Removing the addon files and then installing the new version is fine. If you remove the SavedVariables though, you will lose your library.

I always write the addon updates to that it should seamlessly update your library without any loss of data, so there shouldn't be anything you need to worry about when a new version is released. That said, I know how upset I'd be if I lost my Lib...

Could you perhaps explain in which way it strips excess text? also another mod called pChat allows us to setup guild tags to replace the names. i doubt your two mods work toghether. could you perhaps also add this to your mod?
