I already have them disabled for my map because I use separate addons for those which work with my mini map but that compass stuff is getting really confusing. It tells me there's like 6 books/skyshards near me at all times in Summ...

How do you know they're the default ones?
Cause pins on your screenshots are white. MapPins draws a gray ones.
Do you have a source that says this can happen with too many addons?
It is known map issue.

Since the last ESO update, Skyshards show up in every zone upon zone in. If you go to the Filters in the Map and turn them off, then back on again, the claimed skyshards go away. Which is why I haven't posted here until now.

Is it intented that the Necromancer's skill "Blastbones" (and maybe any of its morphs) behaves like an ultimate in the action bar?
This means that your Blastbones is ready to run again.
You can disable this option:
Settings>Bandits UI>Ability timers>Ability procs

I don't think its your mod as no map pins are showing at all only the harvesters for a second as map closes.
Maybe a Libraries file?
May be. Simply disable them one by one to find a source of the problem.

The list of filters is missing the icon for time rifts and a few others.
1. The game must be restarted after the first add-on installation.
2. Check Add-on path. It must be "AddOns\MapPins". Not "AddOns\MapPins\MapPins", not "AddOns\MapPins 204957", etc.

in my case, it disappears as soon as the fight is over. No matter if it is the only mod that is installed or not
Bandits UI have no such function.
But. If you set out of combat frames transparency to 100% you can receive this effect.

Not sure what "pots" are you mean, but this function is disabled for some types of items.
I mean like stam, mag and health pots you loot from overland mobs. But also if I craft something I mark it for junk, but it doesn't remember I've marked it as junk if that makes sense.
What kind of items is it disabled for?

Treasure Maps was checked as Destroy items with option "All except valuable". I looted a Deadlands DLC treasure map and it was auto destroyed on the spot.
Current add-on version is 6.1.5. Deadlands it is 7.2.5. The latest DLC treasure maps was not yet added.

You can enter in to the Settings>Bandits UI>Group frames for a preview mode.
All other time: No group, no information to show.

I'm doing the Time Rifts grind for the Psijic Order skill line atm and have noticed that one of the map pins does not disappear once its corresponding rift has been closed, whilst the others do. It is the one at the south-eastern end of Glenumbra near the Daenia Dolmen.

Quick solution: Press "M" and "M" once again.
Try to disable all other addons and libraries to find a source of the prob...
