You should really set the "recap on the skill panel" setting from Detailed to Basic, by default. A lot of people are seeing it and thinking the game has some kind of bug. It just started showing to me like that the other day, I assume after a SkyShards update, so I assumed it was a game bug. I didn't even consider it was this mod sin...
