If you are manually depositing a bunch of items that have not been transferred or stacked in the last 10s, then you are not reproducing the same conditions as Roomba.

I use Roomba to clean up the my guild banks. The same problem. Dropping items back to the bank has a 10 second delay.

when listing several batches of the same item there is a delay of 5-10 seconds between each action, so posting eg. 10 listings of 200 ore takes a minute or so. This happens after the Blackwood update. Is this a bug or is it a feature to support some new API guidelines?

Yes, it is a problem with conversion of old configuration. I just uploaded version 11.0.1 which should fix it.
I already had the idea to delete the old saved vars, which solved my problem :D

I changed the name of my main character. It was kind of irritating to see her nude but after some minutes I recognized the problem :D

Check the settings. I the german version the setting is "verstecke Handwerksquests-Hinweise" so it might be something like "hide crafting writ hints"
