I just checked and there's nothing wrong with the download. You could try deleting and downloading again. FWIW, the same user had problems with multiple other addons, including one of mine, that was also not reproducible. I suspect some sort of strange conflict or local corruption or something.

Any chance this mod will be updated? I think it merely needs API version change in txt file other than that it should be working with the latest game update. Shouldn't even need that, just check the "allow addons for other versions" or whatever it is checkbox, and it'll work fine.
